Nicole Morningstar accused of impaired driving

************************* On Sunday, City Police arrested 37-year-old Nicole Morningstar of 32 Blucher Street on one count of impaired driving and one count of failing to provide breath sample. It is alleged that at approximately 4 a.m., the accused was seen driving a motor vehicle on Blucher Street and failed to stop for the stop sign at Albert Street East.

When the accused was stopped by the officers it was observed that she was under the influence of alcohol.

The accused was taken to the police station for a breathalyzer test which it is alleged she refused to take.

The accused will be appearing in court on July 5 at 9 a.m.
