************************ Male arrested on outstanding warrant

Thirty-three-year-old Trevor Diboll of 130 Albert Street West was arrested on an outstanding warrant on the 1st of June at 3:25 p.m. on Albert Street West and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.

It is alleged that the accused was wanted for a theft incident back on the 12th of February when he stole a handful of Nevada tickets from a local tavern.

He is to appear in court on the 28th of June.
