Nathan Madison accused of impaired driving

************************* Twenty-two-year-old Nathan Madison of 579 Northland Road was arrested on the on the 8th of September at 9:15 p.m. on Cathcart Street and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of failing to provide a breath sample.

It is alleged that on the 8th of September at 9:12 p.m., City Police on routine patrol observed a GMC Pickup eastbound on Cathcart Sttreet swerving and narrowly missing parked vehicles.

The vehicle was stopped and at the time the driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

Once at the police station, the accused failed to provide a breath sample.

He is to appear in court on the 19th of October.
