More on Dale Marinich's aggravated assault charge

************************* On Sunday July 1 at approximately 3:30 a.m. the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service was called to attend at the Mac's Mart on Gore Street regarding an assault.

Upon arrival officers were informed that the victim was punched and kicked in the face by the suspect.

The victim was transported to the hospital where he was treated for several cuts and bruises to the head.

The victim also had two front teeth knocked out.

A short time later police located and arrested the suspect on Grosvenor Street.

Charged with one count of aggravated assault is 31-year-old Dale Marinich (Lacko), of 44 Curran Drive.

He will be appearing in bail court today.
