One Canadian soldier died and two others received minor injuries when a roadside bomb exploded today in Afghanistan, CBC News is reporting.
The soldiers were travelling in a light armoured vehicle about 35 kms southeast of Kandahar City.
The deceased solider's name has not been released at the request of the family.
