************************* East Fire Region - October 19

There was one new fire reported in the East Fire Region between October 16 and October 19.

Sudbury 25 was reported on October 17 at 0.1 hectares and is now out.

The fire hazard for the East Fire Region is low.

With hunting season upon us, hunters and campers are reminded to be FireSmart.

With cooler evenings and mornings, people are lighting campfires for warmth and cooking.

Once you are ready to leave the site, please ensure to properly extinguish your campfire.
