On the 26th of March, 2014, at 6:50 p.m., police located a male in the 200 block of Albert Street East.
He was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and was arrested.
25-year-old Mitchell Warth of Rossmore Road was charged with possession of a controlled drug.
He was released with a court date of April 28, 2014.
