********************** Last evening just before 10 p.m., Customs officers detained 48-year-old Michael Doherty of 126 Albert Street West after he allegedly was operating a motor vehicle while impaired.
City Police were called and the accused was subsequently charged with one count of consume over the legal limit.
He will appear in court on May 29.
