************************* Male impaired driver arrested

Forty-year-old Michael Siegfried of 58 Dauphin Drive was arrested on the 16th of January at 1:44 a.m. on Second Line East and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit.

It is alleged that on the 16th of January around 1:40 a.m., City Police received a call regarding a possible impaired driver that had driven into the ditch on Second Line East just west of Black Road.

Officers attended and found the driver, the accused, under the influence of alcohol.

He is to appear in court on the 22nd of February.
