Michael Johns charged with impaired

************************* 29-year-old Michael Johns of 189 Elgin Street was arrested on Hudson Street on the 13th of September at approximately 2 a.m. and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over legal limit.

It is alleged that City Police stopped to check the vehicle on Hudson Street and at the time they discovered that the accused was under the influence of alcohol.

He is to appear in court on the 15th of October.
