Michael Joey Begin charged with impaired

************************* Today at approximately 1:57 a.m., patrol officers observed a Dodge pickup go through a red light at North and St. George’s.

The vehicle, which was traveling at a high rate of speed, continued through a stop sign and another red light at Korah Road and Wallace Terrace.

The vehicle was stopped and the driver, Michael Joey Begin, aged 37 of 7 Gladstone Avenue, was arrested for impaired operation and consuming over the legal limit.

Begin was also found to be in possession of a small amount marijuana.

He will appear in court on April 27 at 9 a.m.
