Michael fails roadside test. Faces drunk driving charges

On August 9 at approximately 11:30 p.m. city police were conducting a ride program at Second Line West and Town Line.
 
As a result they arrested 53 year old Michael Hargis of Second Line West after registering a fail on the roadside screening device.
 
He was charged with driving over 80 and will appear in court on September 15.
