************************* Thirty-year-old Michael Fabbricino of no fixed address was arrested on the 7th of July on Baseline and charged with one count of assault causing bodily harm and one count of breach of a release document.

It is alleged that on the 7th of July the accused attended at a residence and assaulted a person known to him by punching and kicking him.

The victim received non-life threatening injuries as a result.

He is to appear in bail court this morning. *************************
