SooToday.com has received information (below) describing a public event in the Sault tonight with provincial NDP Leader Andrea Horwath.

Tomorrow, Horwath will tour Matthews Memorial Hospital with Sault MP Tony Martin and St. Joseph Township Mayor Jody Wildman.

Later, she will meet with Echo Bay Mayor Lynn Watson, attend the All Chiefs of Ontario Conference at the Batchewana First Nation Recreation Centre, and enjoy an Algoma-Manitoulin Riding Association community BBQ.

************************* New Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath will be in Sault and area tonight, July 6, at 7 p.m, at Arcadia Coffeehouse.

Andrea will host a dialogue with women/youth (or whomever is interested) to address two main issues:

- The glass ceiling of women and politics, and

- With youth: That while some youth indeed are engaged in social and political issues, partisan politics is something most are not engaged in, and why?

Please come out and voice your opinion!

Where: Arcadia Coffeehouse: 823 Queen Street East

When: 7 p.m.

************************* Infuriating politicians of all stripes since February 2002
