CITY POLICE NEWS RELEASE
************************* On Saturday Martin Vine, age 24, of 772 Wellington Street East decided he wanted a bottle of Polar Ice Vodka and went to the LCBO in the Station Mall to obtain the desired beverage.
Once Mr. Vine selected the vodka, he hid the bottle under his jacket and left the store.
Staff at the LCBO apprehended Mr. Vine without incident and police were called.
Mr. Vine was on probation at the time of the offence.
He has been charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of breach of probation.
He will appear in court on September 27th.
