************************* [Allegedly] impaired driver charged

SAULT STE. MARIE, ON - (September 2) - On August 29 at 7:50 p.m., OPP officers were driving on Allen Side Road in the City of Sault Ste. Marie when a southbound vehicle was pulled over for erratic driving.

The operator of the vehicle was [allegedly] found to be impaired.

Charged with impaired driving and driving with a blood alcohol level over the legal limit is Mario Philip Bruni-Pagnotta, age 40, of 513 Allen Side Road, Sault Ste. Marie.

Mr. Bruni-Pagnotta’s blood alcohol level [allegedly] exceeded 150 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood.
