OPP NEWS RELEASE - ELLIOT LAKE

**************************** Marijuana production seized

(Shedden Township, Ont.) - As a result of receiving information, the OPP and the Sault Ste Marie Police Service attended the Asphault Plant on Dump Road in Shedden Township.

On scene officers seized 32 seedling plants with a suspected street value of approximately $500.

Charged with production of marijuana is Ryan Jacob KELLAR (24) of Sudbury, Ontario.

KELLAR is scheduled to appear in court on August 14th, 2004.
