Margaret's Great Northern Smile

Margaret Spicer smiled for our camera Saturday at the Great Northern Retirement Home's open house.

Margaret has been a resident at the home for 16 months and says she absolutely loves it.

"It's so wonderful here, I never want to live anywhere else!" she told SooToday.com.

Margaret volunteers to help out during special functions because she likes to keep busy.

Located at 760 Great Northern Road, Sault Ste. Marie's Great Northern Retirement Home can accommodate approximately 150 residents and is staffed 24 hours a day with on-site nurses, support workers, administration, activity leaders and volunteers.
