Man goes to pharmacy. Multiple charges follow

************************* Several charges for local male

ELLIOT LAKE, ON - On April 5, 2011, at 10:27 a.m. police received a call to attend a local pharmacy on Ontario Avenue in Elliot Lake regarding a possible forged prescription.

When police attended the area, the subject was arrested.

He was resistive and uncooperative with police.

Through investigation police learned that the male had attended the pharmacy and allegedly submitted two forged prescriptions.

The staff then called police with their suspicions.

Police continued their investigation and charged Derek Todd Dobratz (20) with the following:

- Utter forged document (X2)

- Possession of a controlled substance

- Fail to comply

- Utter threat to cause death or bodily harm (X2)

- Utter threat to damage property

- Mischief under $5,000

- Utter threat to injure animal

- Breach of probation.

Dobratz remains in custody.
