A man has been airlifted to Sudbury with serious injuries after what's believed to have been an overnight assault in the city core.
Initial information from police indicates that a younger male was brought into Sault Atea Hospital.
The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service has secured what it believes was the crime scene in the downtown area.
