Officers with the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested 19 year-old Randy Ingram of 358 Bloor Street West overnight and charged him with one count of theft under $5,000, one count of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of breach of probation.
It is alleged that on the 18th of January at approximately 10:50 pm the accused entered a vehicle on John Street and stole a watch and some change.
The accused was located a short time later in the area with the stolen property in his possession.
