Lynn Hamilton charged with impaired driving

************************* On the 30th of April at approximately 10:03 p.m., a citizen called to report a person operating a motor vehicle in the area of Pilgrim and Wellington while impaired.

Responding patrol officers discovered a male operating a 1993 Mercury Villager.

The accused was arrested for impaired operation and after being transported to the station did refuse to provide a breath sample.

Charged with impaired operation and refusing to provide a breath sample is Lynn Hamilton, aged 59 of 344 Dacey Road unit 202.

He will appear in court on June 8.
