Luigi Pagnotta charged with impaired driving

************************* At approximately 9:40 p.m. yesterday, City Police were called to investigate a motor vehicle collision on Second Line East and Old Garden River Road.

As a result of the investigation, officers arrested a 65-year-old.

It is alleged that the accused was operating his vehicle under the influence of alcohol when he was involved in a motor vehicle collision.

He is further alleged to have left the scene of the collision.

Mr. Luigi Pagnotta of 39 Northern Avenue is charged with one count of impaired driving, one count of driving over 80 milligrams and one count of failing to remain at the scene of a collision.

He will be appearing in court on January 25 at 9 a.m.
