NEWS RELEASE

************************* Loretta Waboose, age 20, of 166 South Market Street, will appear in bail court today.

It is alleged that at approximately 2:20 a.m. this morning, Ms. Waboose ordered a taxi to transport her to the west end of town.

Upon arriving at her destination, the accused refused to pay the fare.

At the time of this incident the accused was on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

Ms. Waboose is charged with one count of fraudulently obtaining transportation and one count of breach of probation.
