CANADIAN RED CROSS YOUTH GROUP OF SAULT STE. MARIE

On February 27 an 8.8 magnitude earthquake struck Chile.

The earthquake occurred off the coast of Maule Region of Chile affecting six regions, from Valparaíso in the north to Araucanía in the south.

It has affected a vast majority of the Chile population, and in support of the relief efforts the Canadian Red Cross Youth Group of Sault Ste. Marie has organized United for Chile.

It is a benefit concert featuring the local talents of Branden Simard, Joseph Karginnakis, The Tenagens and Kalle Mattson, taking place June 12 at the Grand Theatre.

Tickets will be available at Madonna Optical in the Station Mall, CD Plus in the Cambrian Mall and the Red Cross office at 105 Allard Street.
