************************* It has been a quiet 24-hour period.

A 16-year-old male will appear in court on March 31 charged with one count of theft under $5,000.

It is alleged that on February 17, he approached the victim and pulled a necklace from the victim’s neck and ran off.

He was located yesterday and charged.

This incident is said to have happened in the 200 block of St. George’s Avenue.
