************************* Sexual assault
Yesterday morning, members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 55-year-old male for sexual assault.
It is alleged that on March 14, the accused sexually assaulted a female complainant by grabbing her breast.
Gerald MacGillivary, age 55 of 272 Rowell Avenue is charged with one count of sexual assault.
Mr. MacGillivary is to appear in court on April 18 at 9 a.m.
The victim and the accused are not known to each other.
