Lindsey & Justin accused of drug trafficking

************************* Two arrested

ELLIOT LAKE, ON - On November 5, the East Algoma OPP received a call to attend a local gas station regarding the illegal use of a speed pass device.

Police investigated and identified the possible culprits.

The suspects were located and arrested.

Charged with the following is Lindsey O’Brien, 24, of Elliot Lake:

- Trafficking – other drugs.

- Possession of property obtained by crime X2.

Also charged is Justin Ralph, 19, of Elliot Lake with the following:

- Trafficking – other drugs.

- Possession of property obtained by crime.

Both O’Brien and Ralph are scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court, February 2, 2010.
