Lindsay Agawa arrested in Wellington St break-in case

CITY POLICE NEWS RELEASE ************************* Nineteen-year-old Lindsay Agawa of 192 Frontenac Street was arrested on the 27th of September at 1:30 a.m. on Shafer Avenue and charged with one count of break and enter with intent.

************************* Nineteen-year-old Lindsay Agawa of 192 Frontenac Street was arrested on the 27th of September at 1:30 a.m. on Shafer Avenue and charged with one count of break and enter with intent.

It is alleged that the accused, along with the co-accused 20-year-old Keith Crack mentioned in the 7 a.m. release, broke into a residence on Wellington Street West.

A witness had called the police after observing the two entering the residence by a window.

When police attended in the area the two fled on foot.

This female was apprehended walking on Shafer Avenue and the accused, Keith Crack was located and apprehended in a back yard on Shafer Avenue.

The accused Lindsay Agawa is to appear in court on the 29th of October.
