Linda Caputo accused of drinking & driving

************************* Fifty-eight year-old Linda Caputo of 531 River Road Apartment #11 was arrested at Canada Customs on Huron Street on the 12th of November at 8:30 p.m. and charged with one count of consume over the legal limit.

It is alleged that the accused was operating a Mazda vehicle at Canada Customs on Huron Street and when she was stopped and checked by customs officers she was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

The Sault Ste. Marie Police Service was notified and the accused registered a fail on the roadside screening device.

She was subsequently arrested and is to appear in court on the 20th of December.
