Lightning McQueen spotted on Great Northern Road

Northside Volkswagon employees had a bit of fun this morning as they cleaned snow off vehicles in preperation for the dealership's move from 23 Great Northern Rd. to 61 Great Northern Rd.

The smiley face created on the 2012 Beetle pictured was inspired by Lightning McQueen from the animated hit movie Cars.

Rob Plante of Northside Volkswagon told SooToday.com that although there's still quite a bit of moving to do, the dealership should be up and running at the new location on Monday morning.

The dealership's move to a newer and larger building will hopefully allow the business to expand and increase visibility to area car shoppers.
