The Ascot Hospital in Auckland, New Zealand has confirmed today that 62-year-old Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards has been released after being treated for a mild concussion suffered after he reportedly fell out of a palm tree in Fiji last week.

So far, no one knows where the famed guitarist and wife Patti went after he had his head examined in Auckland.

The Rolling Stones kick off their European tour May 27 in Barcelona.
