Fifty-seven-year-old Leslie David Gagnon of 100 James Street in Sault Ste. Marie was arrested around 2:40 a.m. today and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol concentration greater than 80 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood.

City Police administered a breath test after Gagnon was detained at Canada Customs.

He's due in court on March 15.
