Kyle Jarrett arrested after wind farm crash

************************* Male arrested for dangerous operation of a motor vehicle and failing to report an accident

Twenty-year-old Kyle Jarrett of 162 Bristol Place was arrested on the 9th of May and charged with one count of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm and one count of failing to remain at the scene of an accident.

It is alleged that on the 8th of May at approximately 3 a.m., the accused was the driver of a Jeep that was involved in a single motor vehicle collision on Marshall Drive in the area of the windmill farms.

The vehicle left the roadway in that area and struck a tree.

As a result, the driver and three passengers had to receive medical treatment later at hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

At the time, the driver, the accused, [allegedly] failed to report the accident to police.

He is to appear in court on the 14th of June.
