Kirk & Joe accused of selling dope at a bar

************************* Members of the Joint Forces Drug Unit arrested two males on the 21st of January at 2:15 p.m. at a local bar.

Fifty-year-old Kirk Harper of #2-168 Andrew Street was charged with one count of possession of a controlled drug or substance and 52-year-old Joseph Kelley of 183 Pim Street was charged with one count of possession for the purpose of trafficking in a controlled drug or substance.

It is alleged that on the 21st of January the two accused were selling drugs at this local bar.

At the time of their arrest, 102 percocet tablets, approximately 20 grams of marijuana and an undisclosed amount of cash were found in their possession.

The street value of the drugs seized was approximately $2,500.

They are to appear in court on the 25th of February.
