************************* Forty-nine-year-old Kim Skagen of 171 Fourth Line East was arrested on the 25th of April at 10:38 p.m. on Wellington Street West and charged with one count of impaired driving and one count of consume over the legal limit.

It is alleged that on the 25th of April around 10:28 p.m., City Police received a call regarding a possible impaired driver on Wellington Street West and when they located the vehicle, they found that the driver was under the influence of alcohol.

She is to appear in court on the 7th of June.
