Kerry charged with trashing treatment centre

************************* Male arrested for mischief at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre

Thirty-three-year-old Kerry Mearow, currently in custody at the Algoma Treatment and Remand Centre, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Saturday at the centre and charged with one count of mischief over $5,000.

It is alleged that on the 3rd of October at approximately 6:38 p.m., the accused, while in custody at the centre, smashed a glass partition window in the remand module.

He is to appear in bail court this morning.
