************************* Twenty-four-year-old Katrina Holkko of 179 Biggings Avenue was arrested on the 16th of April at 12:20 p.m. at the City Police station on an outstanding warrant and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug or substance.

She was the third person charged as a result of a search warrant conducted by City Police on the 14th of April at 179 Biggings Avenue.
