Jordon Driver gets very, very sleepy

************************* 20-year-old Jordon Driver of #208-27 Terry Fox Place was arrested on the 7th of July around 2:35 a.m. on Queen Street West and charged with one count of break and enter with intent.

It is alleged that on the 7th of July around 2:15 a.m. the accused broke into an apartment in the 600 block of Queen Street West while a lone male resident was sleeping inside.

Police were contacted by a neighbour that heard a loud bang and discovered the door frame damaged.

When police attended at the residence they located the accused person sleeping on a mattress in the basement.

The lone male resident was awakened by police and he advised them that he did not know the accused or give him permission to sleep in the basement.
