NEWS RELEASE
20-year-old Jordan Matthew Wagner of 54 Ellis Road was arrested yesterday in relation to a stolen vehicle.
He was in the company of 20-year-old co-accused Dylan Allen Marshall of 77 Johnson Avenue at the time.
It is alleged that they had both stolen a car on South Eden yesterday morning and were arrested shortly after on Wallace Terrace where they were observed by police abandoning the vehicle.
They were both charged with theft and Wagner was additionally charged with breaching his probation.
Jordan Wagner was held for bail while Dylan Marshall was released with a court date of the 13th of April 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
