John Daprat charged with drinking & driving

************************* Fifty-six-year-old John Daprat of 269 Pittsburgh was arrested at 1:56 a.m. this morning at Canada Customs on Huron Street and charged with one count of consuming over the legal limit.

It is alleged that the accused was operating a Jeep and when he was stopped and checked by customs officers he was found to be under the influence of alcohol and registered a fail on the roadside screening device.

He is to appear in court on the 31st of May.
