************************* Male arrested for driving while disqualified

Forty-four-year-old Joseph Ernest Seguin of 28 Jackpine Crescent in Sudbury was arrested on the 13th of August at 8:25 p.m. on Great Northern Road and charged with three counts of operating a motor vehicle while disqualified and one count of breach of a release document.

It is alleged that on the 13th of August the accused was located by City Police operating a pickup truck on Great Northern Road while he was disqualified from driving.

At the time of the offence the accused was on an undertaking release order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.

He is to appear in court on the 14th of September.

************************** Break and enter reports

- A residence on Cambridge was entered sometime during the 5th–13th of August. A Sony Bravia television and surround system were reported stolen.

- An attempted break and enter was reported to a garage in the 600 block of Fourth Line.

************************** Theft report

- A cell phone was stolen from a vehicle on Portage Lane.

*************************** Mischief report

- A front passenger window of a vehicle parked on Cathcart Street was smashed.
