Jodi and Jerry charged with impaired

On January 23, 2013 at approximately 11:30pm the accused Jodi Lynn Wright of 315 John Street, Apt. #6 was arrested for impaired driving and having care and control of a motor vehicle when her blood alcohol was over the legal limit of .08.

Officers were called to the 200 block of Wilcox Avenue regarding a vehicle in the front yard a residence. 

The accused was later found in the area of RJ’S Market on Wellington Street West.

The accused will appear in court on February 25, 2013 at 09:00.

On January 24, 2013 at approximately 12:55 am the accused Jerry Parniak age 69 of 176 Huron Street, basement apartment was located on Albert Street East, while having care and control of a motor vehicle was stopped and provided a sample of his breath into an approved screening device and registered a fail. 

The accused was transported to the station and again failed a breath test.

The accused will appear in court on February 25, 2013, 09:00am.
