************************* Male charged in connection with stolen credit card

Twenty-two-year-old Jesse James Petingalo of 691A Second Line West Apartment 3 was arrested on the September 9 at 3:30 p.m. at the Days Inn on Bay Street where he allegedly rented a room with a stolen credit card.

It is further alleged that the accused [not exactly as illustrated] stole this credit card sometime between the 7th and 8th of September and afterwards used it at the Days Inn in while purporting to be the victim/owner of this card.

At the time of arrest he was found to have the credit card in his possession.

Mr. Petingalo was subsequently charged with theft under $5,000, personation, uttering a forged document, and possession of a stolen credit card.

He is to appear in court on the 19th of October.
