************************* Drinking and driving net charges for driver

SPANISH, ON - On August 18, 2007 at approximately 9:27 p.m. while on general patrol, an officer of the East Algoma OPP noticed a vehicle driving at a slow rate of speed.

A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was charged with the following.

Charged with impaired operation and over 80 is Jennifer Vanderveer, 29, of Spanish, Ontario.

Vanderveer is scheduled to appear in court on October 2, 2007.
