************************* On Sunday, City Police arrested Jeffrey Mayhew, age 38, of 519 John Street and charged him with one count of robbery, one count of possession of a weapon dangerous and one count of breach of probation.

It is alleged that on July 27 the accused approached a male known to him and robbed him of a quantity of money.

It is alleged that at the time of the offence the accused, who was on probation, held a knife to the victim and demanded money.
