SAULT STE. MARIE - (August 30) - The Sault Buskerfest Committee is pleased to announce that the Sault Ste. Marie Buskerfest has been nominated as one of Canada's best festivals in WestJet's Fun n' Festivals competition.

Fans of Buskerfest are encouraged to visit the competition website (www.westjetfestivals.com) and show their support by casting a vote for this popular local event.

Voting continues through to October 30.

Interested parties must be registered to vote.

By registering, voters will be entered into a draw to win one of six WestJest prize packages, which includes return flight for two, two to three nights accommodation, two event tickets, and special VIP access for two.

Grand prize draws will take place on August 31 and September 7.

Prize packages include trips to the Vancouver Global Comedy Festival, the Niagara Wine Festival or the Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest.
