James allegedly pulls knife on Metro security

39 year old James Syrette of 304 Albert St.West was charged with theft under $5000, assault with a weapon and breach of probation.

It is alleged that on July 6 2012 he attended at the Metro Churchill Plaza where he stole meat products when he was approached by Store Security, the accused then pulled a knife on the store security.

He was also on probation at the time of the offence.

He is scheduled to appear in WASH Court this morning
