Justin Whalen is required by a bail recognizance to be all snuggalicious in his place of residence at 284 Kingsford Road between the hours of 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.

So City Police were kind of surprised to spot Justin on the streets downtown just before 5 a.m. today.

At least, they think it was Justin Whalen.

They picked up a 21-year-old guy who said he was somebody else but had a tattoo just like Justin's (not exactly as shown).

Justin-Whatever is now facing charges of personation and breaching a bail recognizance.

He'll be in WASH court today.
