************************* Coast Guard cutter Hollyhock visits Cheboygan for repairs

CLEVELAND - The Coast Guard cutter Hollyhock [shown] arrived at the Millard D. Olds Memorial Moorings in Cheboygan, Mich., Tuesday, for a five- to six-day visit for repairs to one of its ship's propellers. The 225-foot buoytender, homeported in Port Huron, Mich., requires maintenance to the ship's controllable pitch propeller hub, after drops of oil were observed escaping from the blades of the stern of the ship. Divers will change out the four blade seals over a maintenance period of approximately six days. After repairs are completed, the Hollyhock will commence ice breaking operations in the Straits of Mackinaw and replace navigational buoys in Chicago for Operation Spring Restore.
